2 Powerful Stimulation Steps For The 7-9 Month Baby Development Stage

The 7-9 month baby development stage has its own unique challenges... and rewards.

Study successful parents of any baby and you'll find that they all do two things very well.

It should then come as no surprise that their great parenting is rewarded in their children's behaviour and success.

And this is where it becomes mind boggling... almost all parents take the first step to success. Very few ever consider to apply the second step.

Yet strangely enough, it's been shown countless times that it is specifically step two that gives the great advantage.

What's more, once you know what the second step is, you can immediately start using it. And your child will almost at the same time show the benefits and advantages.

So, what are these two powerful steps?

And how do I apply them?

Step One is to constantly and closely measure your child's progress and development against the 7-9 month baby development stage goals.

You and I both know it's only when you're constantly measuring that you'll know whether you're actually making progress. Your child reaching the various baby development stages is no different.

And Step Two?

Using the correct ways to encourage your child to improve is the powerful second step that really gets the results.

Now, simply apply both steps and see for yourself what fun your child can have while at the same time rocketing ahead past the expected 7-9 month baby development stage milestones.

The powerful step two uses toys and activities... fun ways... to encourage your child to reach way beyond current performance.

10 Toys and Activities to Quickly and Easily Get Great Results

#1: Big building blocks stimulates using both hands. It's also great for speeding up develoment of hand performance, especially fingers and thumb.

#2: Empty containers are great at this age. Give you child objects to put in and take out of the containers. It's a simple, yet highly effective way to learn about shapes and get an awareness of "in" and "out".

You can even try using the big building blocks and an empty plastic bucket.

#3: Spoon and cup at mealtimes… your baby isn't suppose to feed him/her self. But do encourage it.

#4: Toys making noises… try to give more than one sound for variation.

#5: Objects such as kitchen utensils. Baby stimulation takes place by finding out everything about things like shape, texture, size, taste, smell and sound. And at this age, everything as simple as that is important.

#6: Reflective surface to see him/her self... is a simple and very effective visual simulation.

#7: Consider buying an activity centre… and even…

#8: Material books are firstly used to visually stimulate your child while at the same time making him/her aware of the new texture of the book. This is a wonderful way to simultaneously stimulate both development areas.

#9: Something as simple as a cushion can be used to support your baby when sitting. Initially this will need some encouragement.

#10: Think about often lying Baby on his/her tummy. It encourages crawling... which in turn gives a wonderful opportunity to explore many new things.

The two step stimulation process for the 7-9 month baby development stage sounds easy... and it is. Yet, never underestimate the advantage that your child can get through your sustained encouragement and stimulation.
